Daniel Chin has been a personal trainer for 7 years and has earned a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate. With over 15 years of experience, Daniel’s wide range of training methods and knowledge includes Olympic Weightlifting, sports specific training and programming. Daniel’s background includes many sports such as football, basketball, baseball and track and continued on to play collegiate football. He enjoys hiking, recreational sports and staying active when not coaching his clients to success.
Daniel’s specialties in training are sports specific training, functional training, high intensity training, Olympic Weightlifting, corrective exercise, and balance and core strength. Before starting any program with clientele, proper screening and assessments of their overall health, mobility, exercise technique and goals are done to ensure the correct program is designed. Injury prevention and safety are important so every client can live a healthy life.
